Does your Irish company wish to continue trading and recover assets? The restoration procedure is dependant upon the length of time since the dissolution of your company. If your company is dissolved less than 12 months we can restore the company to the register within a few days with the FastTrack Restoration process. A company that has been dissolved more than 12 months and less than 20 years requires a High Court restoration.

Once your Irish company has been dissolved, the assets of the company become State property, by virtue of Section 28 of the State Property Act, 1954.

To recover these assets your company will therefore require restoration to the Irish register.
