The SFA National Centre of Excellence (NCE) was established in 2007 to provide SMEs with the training needed to give their businesses a significant competitive advantage. As a result owner/managers of SMEs have been benefiting from Management Development programmes in a wide range of areas for over 2 years.

Our training courses are designed specifically for SMEs (independent companies with less than 250 employees in total). We work with a wide range of training providers including IBEC, Invisio, Alternatives, Constructive Intervention, Accelerating Performance & Harvest Resources, to ensure we have a qualified expert for each specific area.

For 2009, we have streamlined our programme offering and introduced a range of new programmes to help you to deal with the pressures of the current economic climate. These areas include Employment Law (NERA), Credit Control/Debt Collection, Redundancies, and Marketing (including how to retain customers in a recession).
