Modus was formed by David Henry and Eamon Donovan in response to the demand in the Irish entertainment industry for premium quality Internet solutions. They have since branched into the property industry and have developed web sites for a diverse selection of clients across a number of industries. Modus is a member of the Dublin Chamber of Commerce, Laois Chamber of Commerce and the Irish Internet Association.
