Our company is headed up by Declan Foley, who is a Mayo native, and a highly innovative and successful designer. Over the past ten years, Declan has worked in some of Dublin’s top agencies, (including: Cawlea Nea TBWA, Rothco, Banks Love, and Strategem), designed for a broad spectrum of clients, and delivered excellent design solutions above, below and through the line.

Better still, he’s generated award-winning campaigns for household names such as: Kellogg’s Budweiser, Nestlé, Tropicana, Ribena, Smirnoff, Tayto and Carlsberg.  Declan is also the man behind Carlsberg’s distinctive ‘Tulip Glass’ – which has helped to set the brand apart from other beers on the market.

As the name suggests, designwest was created to serve businesses in the West of Ireland.  And, though the company was originally founded in Dublin in 2005, designwest has now relocated to its permanent home in Co. Mayo.  Here, our design skill and professionalism have already attracted a wide range of high profile local clients such as: Ireland West Airport, Midwest Radio, HSE and Great Escapes.
