digitalcafeA free one-day event aimed at helping small businesses get the most out of digital marketing taking place on the 15th April in the St. Stephen's Green Shopping Centre. If you’re a small business owner, entrepreneur or someone with a bright business idea and want to know how to creatively and effectively use digital channels to help you get your message out there, then come and have a coffee, a nice bun and talk to some people who can advise you.

Who is going to be there?

io will provide creative advertising and marketing ideas and plans using digital channels. Return2Sender will be able give you advice on effective mobile marketing. Electric Media will be on hand discuss innovative ways to deploy your message. Eircom Mobile will give technical information on how mobile platforms can be made to work for you. Areaman will be there to help with use of video in digital environments. Sunday Business Post will be there to discuss the importance of content. Enterprise Ireland will be available to advise on the practicalities of funding business ideas. Circulator will advise on how to maximise the ROI from email marketing.

 What's up for discussion?

This is all about helping you harness the power of digital media in your marketing, so all aspects are up for discussion, including planning and strategy, social media, mobile marketing, creative advertising online, use of video and video channels, how to use viral or spreadable concepts, email marketing, electronic customer relationship management, ambient marketing, search, pay-per-click.

 Who can attend?

If you are a small or medium sized enterprise, a local business, an entrepreneur or a non-profit organisation then you are welcome to come along. You can use the form opposite to enquire further or book a session.

 Is it really free?

Yes! Absolutely free of charge, no catches or string attached. You don't need to pay for the coffee and cakes either.

This is an initiative to help Irish businesses realise the potential of digital media. Though of course if you'd like to work with any of the partners in the future that would be great! For full details check out www.digitalcafe.ie .
